Every cutting board arrives treated with a food grade oil and wax to protect and preserve the wood.
Important: Do not rinse with water or wash in the dishwasher. Use a damp cloth to wipe clean. We recommend natural, non-petroleum-based orange oil for cleaning.
Be sure to retreat with a premium, food safe mineral oil such as Total Boat Wood Honey or Walrus Oil. Retreat as needed to preserve and protect your new cutting board.
